Controversy coloring Miss Universe pageant, who has entered year-to-60. This time it's not about the use of a bikini in one of the judging session, but the act of contestants from Colombia, Catalina Robayo, desperate dressed without wearing underwear.
María Catalina Robayo Vargas was born 22 years ago in Palmira, Valle del Cauca is a Colombian beauty queen who was crowned Miss Colombia 2010, the official representative to Miss Universe 2011.
Brazilian newspaper Agora published a photo of Carolina Robayo explicitly showing Miss Colombia is not wearing anything underneath her Colombian designer dress. The photo shamelessly shows Miss Colombia exposing her private parts while crossing her legs.
A photographer caught the action Robayo media while sitting wrapped in orange mini dress. Shots are plastered in a newspaper it clearly tarnished the Miss Universe Foundation officials who gathered at the quarantine location, Sao Paolo, Brazil.
The "unfortunate" photo was taken a few days ago already during a Miss Universe event at a samba school in Sao Paulo, but was kept from the public eye until Wednesday.
“Colombia had to be spoken to and told she needed to wear underpants as what she was doing was totally inappropriate,” a source told Fox News. "People have been pretty upset by it; there have been photos and media appearances where she has completely had her crotch out."

"There were several girls in short dresses which is was a little concerning, but when I saw the (commando) picture on the front page of one of the local papers and was very, very surprised,”
“Our supervisors talked to all of the contestants about dressing appropriately, and one of our PR people spoke to her (Robayo) and apparently she said she was wearing underwear. But regardless, it created quite a stir here for a few days.”
Before the case Robayo sticking, events Miss Universe also in the spotlight when the committee returns the bikinis from Brazil Catalina Swimwear that became one of the sponsors. Bathing suit was considered too skimpy to wear the contestants.
